Finally getting over the illness that struck me last weekend. My stomach felt stable enough to try a short easy run so I went from work and looped around 11th ave to memory grove and back.

My legs were dying to run but my gut barely held. Got home in 1 piece.

Dillon woke me up at 1:00 AM. I have the problem of not being able to fall back asleep after becomming conscious enough to feed my son; thus I had to operate on 3:00 sleep today. Any advice from the expert parents out there on getting back to sleep?

Pancakes, High GI foods. Mmmmmm pancakes. I think it is an excellent time to get in extra mileage.

Bob:

Count sheep. If that does not work, read Leviticus or something comparable in the Old Testament. If that does not work, go out for a run.
